RDI Technology Partners is an engineering and technology search firm. We are working on a high-priority search for an experienced NET/C#/WPF Software Engineer. (2 years for junior and 7 years for more experienced role). A Bachelor’s degree is required, as well as U.S. Permanent Residency or U.S. Citizenship. This is permanent direct-hire W2 employee position that requires you to be onsite in San Diego.

This exciting position will be building the next generation of sophisticated sports simulation and game analysis solutions. You will be building new products, enhancing feature sets and developing cloud/web interfaces (REST) for new and existing products. At least 2 years of solid Windows/C++ multi-threaded development is required, along with solid math, algorithm development and confident OOD/OOP skills. Experience with OpenCV, Windows socket-level or Image Processing development is a plus. Some C++ is required.

  • Develop new and improve existing sports simulation offerings
  • Work on expanding the UI, cloud interface (REST) and overall feature set of our client’s suite of sports simulation offerings
  • Translate business requirements into specifications
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 2 years (for junior) and 7 years (for more experienced) coding in C#/WPF 
  • Some knowledge of C++ on a Windows platform using Visual Studio
  • Solid knowledge of OOP/OOD and best programming practices
  • Strong math, algorithm and multithreading experience
Desired Skills (not required but a plus):
  • Image Processing,
  • Socket-level development
  • OpenCV
  • Understand of Physics
  • RESTful or SOAP web services
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
