Our ideal candidate will have long term care and nursing experience, and some computer/software skills.

What you need to apply:
* Experience designing clinical systems
* Strong computer/software skills
* 3+ years of experience working in a clinical capacity within the LTC industry
* Knowledgeable with Electronic Health Record and Minimum Data Set assessment a plus
* Excellent communication skills as you will interact with internal teams and external clients
* Available to travel up to 30% of the time

What you will be doing:
* In charge of designing specifications for software engineers, and responsible for developing and maintaining clinical systems
* Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and how to meet/exceed them
* Continue to learn about and educate yourself on regulatory developments and changes
