Change Management Specialist II (Change Management, Training and Communication Analyst)
Description
Facilitates the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures and tools. Responsible for assessing human impacts of new solutions and designing/ implementing Organization Change Management programs that accelerate the adoption of new behaviors and ultimately leads to the realization of planned business benefits. Assesses the climate and culture of organization to identify the strengths and weaknesses, to anticipate the impacts resulting from the deployment of new technology.
Creates strategy and support the internal resources in the deployment of the change management activities, including communication campaign. Communicates the results of the assessment, the recommended actions, and the strategy to put in place to deploy the change management activities per target group for generating a change momentum.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of six years of organizational change experience; Masters Degree in related field with a minimum of four years of organizational change experience; PhD with a minimum of four years of organizational change experience.
Three years of applicable experience may be substituted for a degree.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assesses planning and delivery of training that supports implementation of new solutions and organizational change. Assesses the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures and tools.
Assesses the receiving sites readiness and acceptance of deployment from and organizational and cultural perspective. Identifies the strengths and weaknesses of an organization, to anticipate the impacts resulting from the deployment of new technology.
Analyzes proposed strategy and assesses delivery of support resources in the deployment of the change management activities, including communication campaign.
Delivers assessment results, the recommended actions, and the strategy to put in place to deploy the change management activities per target group for generating a change momentum.
Preferred Skills
Must have experience with Business Process Improvement techniques and processes in support of implementing a package solution. Able to assess the clients performance of the BPR work and recommend improvements to their efforts
Knowledge of effective training processes in support of adopting an SAP solution.
Ability to review and evaluate the training approach, training plan, and training course content and recommend improvements to the client
Experience developing and revising position descriptions and role definitions and the associated organization in support of adopting a new SAP or other package solution into an organization.
Ability to review the position description and organization design and make recommendations for improvements.
Experience providing program stakeholders with visibility into the quality of a programs execution processes and associated products that support program delivery objectives.
Experience conducting assessments of program status to include identifying relevant data, performing insightful analysis, and presenting cogent findings and experience-based recommendations for improvement
