Our client is looking to add outstanding information security professionals to their staff. Our client has the fastest growing practice in the worlds largest professional services firm offers immediate opportunities to fast track client service professionals. Seeking individuals with strong information security backgrounds and a desire to contribute to advisory engagements for Federal Government clients and the recipients of Federal grants. Our federal practice advisory professionals routinely assist clients in integrating business operations, enhancing performance, improving management and control, addressing crises and threats, and restructuring business operations.
A successful candidate will understand federal security standards (NIST, DISA, etc.) and have experience applying these information security principles to enterprise applications, operating systems, and networks. Sample activities include the following:
* Development of security test and evaluation plans
* Vulnerability assessments
* Technical configuration reviews
* Analysis and reporting of test results
* Documentation and presentation of findings
* Security architecture and remediation planning
* External and internal penetration testing
* Security strategy and program development
* IT Contingency and disaster recovery planning
During your full-time assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant issues faced by Federal agencies and owners and operators of the Nations critical infrastructure. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Job Requirements:
3-5+ years of relevant information security experience and a CISSP, CEH, GIAC, CAP or an advanced degree
- Experience in performing Security Testing and Evaluation (ST&E)
- Familiar with Federal information security methodologies including NIST 800-53
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Travel up to 10% - 20% of the time
- Bachelors Degree Reuired
- US Citizenship reuired, cleared a plus
